If you are looking for an amazing Real Estate Agent, then do yourself a favour and do not look any further than Wayne Hutchinson! I have bought and sold quite a few properties and I cannot recommend Wayne and his team highly enough. Following a family crisis, I found myself in the position where I had to relocate my mother interstate to be closer to me and placed into care. It was a very emotional and traumatic time for me (and Mum), and the task of packing up the house and getting it ready for sale seemed like an impossible overwhelming task. I engaged Wayne’s services early on, and from the moment I met him, I immediately felt at ease and assured that everything would be ok. Wayne is not your typical salesman. He genuinely cares about people! He was there every step of the way offering assistance and support wherever he could. After packing up the house, I had to leave with Mum to get her settled. There was so much that still needed to be done to get the house ready for sale, but with so much on my plate already, Wayne went over and above and took on the task of project managing all works, organising quotes and coordinating trades. I believe Wayne even put some of his own handyman skills to good use also! Wayne was in constant communication with me, sending photos and keeping me updated on the progress. The end result was a sale price that exceeded everyone’s expectations achieving $500k over the reserve, and a record price for the area! I will be forever grateful to Wayne, not only for the outstanding result he achieved with the sale, but for his unfailing support, generosity and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Wayne Hutchinson. After a few of the heavyweight Real Estate Agents came through, wanting us to outlay a big sum of money before we even got started. We decided to go with Wayne's much more casual yet strategic approach - no stress at all as he helped us through a very stressful time.
